Follow these simple steps to download and install ProctorGhost

Download Installer

System Requirements: Windows 10 or later (64-bit). The installer is approximately 500MB.

Install ProctorGhost

Run the downloaded installer and follow the installation wizard.

Run the installer

Double-click the downloaded file (ProctorGhost Setup 1.0.4.exe)

Follow the wizard

Click "Next" through the installation steps. The default installation location is recommended.

Complete installation

Click "Install" and wait for the installation to complete. This may take a few minutes.

Launch ProctorGhost

Click "Finish" and ProctorGhost will launch automatically.

Windows Security: Windows Defender may show a warning during installation. This is normal for new software. Click "More info" and then "Run anyway" to proceed.

First Launch & Account Setup

Create your account or sign in to get started.

Launch ProctorGhost

Open ProctorGhost from your Start menu or desktop shortcut.

Sign Up or Log In

Create a new account or sign in with your existing credentials.

Subscribe

Choose your plan (Monthly or Yearly) and complete the payment.

You're all set! ProctorGhost is ready to help you pass your IT certification exams.

DMG installer for macOS

Download for Mac

System Requirements: macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later. Supports both Intel and Apple Silicon (ARM64) Macs. The installer is approximately 500MB.

Install ProctorGhost on Mac

Open the downloaded DMG file and drag ProctorGhost to your Applications folder.

Open the DMG file

Double-click the downloaded file (ProctorGhost-1.0.6.dmg or ProctorGhost-1.0.6-arm64.dmg)

Drag to Applications

Drag the ProctorGhost app icon to your Applications folder

Eject the DMG

After copying, eject the DMG disk image

Open ProctorGhost on Mac

Due to macOS security settings, you may need to allow ProctorGhost to open. Follow these steps:

First Launch Attempt

Open ProctorGhost from your Applications folder. You may see a security warning.

Allow in System Settings

If you see "ProctorGhost cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer", follow these steps:

Go to System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS)
Navigate to Privacy & Security
Click "Open Anyway" next to the ProctorGhost message

Launch ProctorGhost

After allowing ProctorGhost in System Settings, try opening it again from Applications. It should launch successfully.

macOS Security: This security prompt is normal for apps not distributed through the Mac App Store. ProctorGhost is safe to use - simply follow the steps above to allow it.
